In 2024, listening sessions were conducted in Spanish with Latinx home visitors and home visiting supervisors. The primary objective was to gather insights into their work experiences, challenges, and opportunities for improvement, specifically focusing on factors that impact their well-being. This report summarizes recommendations for improving work conditions for the home visiting workforce, particularly for Latinx staff.
