This report describes the successes and challenges for Oregon communities in creating an effective network of early childhood home visiting programs, and lays out a roadmap for actions that state and local partners can take to increase access to these important early childhood supports. The report’s actionable recommendations for state and local leaders include strengthening collaborative governance, centralizing intake and referral, sustaining funding, and providing authentic family engagement.
